“Want to see better security in condominiums? It won’t happen unless you put in your request now. New condominium profile sheets are filled with enticing features: hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, just to mention a few. But where are the security features?
“Where on the brag sheet does it mention locks with restricted key-ways to prevent key duplication? Or ‘completed alarm system with two years free monitoring’? How about closed-circuit high-resolution exterior and interior cameras that gives crystal-clear pictures of movement inside or outside the building? Keeping your family safe should be at the top of the feature sheet, but it won’t make the grade unless you request it.”
